SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We ship Australia wide but currently we do not offer international shipping. The cost of shipping for each item is calculated based on dimensions and weight and will be calculated at checkout.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you have specified on your account containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within one (1) business day of ordering.
We will attempt to have your artwork sent by the freight provider within five (5) business days; and delivered within fourteen (14) business days. Please allow longer for artworks coming to remote areas. We do not accept PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a return policy for damaged or defective products only. If you change your mind after receiving a product no refund will be issued. In the event that a product is defective or damaged please contact us at admin@louisemasseyart.com.
